Read and normalize cell-type abundance estimates

Usage

createCellTypeDistr(cells, filename)

Arguments

cells

Character vector of expected cell types.

filename

Path to a CSV file containing patient-by-cell-type abundances.

Value

A list with the normalized Dtypes matrix plus labels.
